数字化转型背景下老年群体思想发展与社会融入的机制建构与实践路径

Mechanism Construction and Practice Path of Ideological Development and Social Integration of the Elderly Group under the Background of Digital Transformation

摘要: 随着数字技术的深度渗透与我国人口老龄化进程的叠加，老年群体的生存方式、交往结构及认知模式正经历深刻变革。本文立足积极老龄化与数字社会建设的双重语境，系统剖析了当前老年群体思想发展与数字社会融入过程中呈现的服务供给主体适配性不足、内容供给结构性错位、服务场域虚实割裂等现实问题。同时引入社会建构技术论作为核心分析框架，阐释了技术、用户群体与社会环境在老年数字融入过程中的互构关系。从主体协同赋能、内容体系重构、技术场景赋能三个维度，探索数字化赋能老年群体思想发展与社会深度融入的实践路径与机制建构，以期为提升老龄社会治理效能、构建包容性数字社会提供理论支撑与实践借鉴。

Abstract: With the deep penetration of digital technology and the superposition of the process of population aging in China, the way of life, communication structure and cognitive model of the elderly group are undergoing profound changes. Based on the dual context of active aging and the construction of digital society, this paper systematically analyzes the current problems in the process of the ideological development of the elderly and the integration of digital society, such as the lack of adaptability of service providers, the structural dislocation of content supply, and the separation of virtual and real service fields. This paper introduces the theory of social construction technology as the core analytical framework, and explains the mutual construction relationship among technology, user groups and social environment in the process of digital integration of the elderly. From the three dimensions of subject collaborative empowerment, content system reconstruction and technology scenario empowerment, this paper explores the practical path and mechanism construction of digital empowerment of the elderly group’s ideological development and deep social integration, in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for improving the governance efficiency of the aging society and building an inclusive digital society.
