童年期虐待对青少年自伤行为影响的研究综述
Review on the Influence of Childhood Maltreatment on Adolescent Non-Suicidal Self-Injury
摘要: 青少年非自杀性自伤行为检出率持续上升，已成为当前青少年心理健康领域突出的公共卫生问题。童年期虐待作为关键风险因素，与青少年自伤行为存在紧密关联。各类童年期虐待会通过多重内在心理机制促使个体产生自伤行为。本文通过系统梳理文献界定童年期虐待与非自杀性自伤的概念、分类及影响，并且系统梳理童年期虐待与自伤行为之间的关键中介变量与调节变量。最后，构建个体、家庭、学校、社会联动的一体化干预体系，为青少年临床心理干预提供理论参考与实操思路。
Abstract: The prevalence of non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) among adolescents has been rising continuously, emerging as a prominent public health concern in the field of adolescent mental health. As a critical risk factor, childhood maltreatment (CM) is closely correlated with adolescent self-injury behaviors. Various forms of childhood maltreatment can induce self-injury behaviors in individuals through multiple internal psychological mechanisms. By systematically reviewing existing literature, this paper defines the concepts, classifications and impacts of childhood maltreatment and non-suicidal self-injury, and sorts out the core mediating and moderating variables underlying the association between childhood maltreatment and self-injury behaviors. Finally, an integrated intervention system linking individuals, families, schools and society is constructed, providing theoretical references and practical strategies for clinical psychological intervention of adolescents.
