基于AHP的应用心理学专业用户体验方向人才培养核心能力权重研究
A Study on the Weights of Core Competencies in User Experience-Oriented Talent Cultivation for Applied Psychology Majors Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)
摘要: 随着数字经济与智能交互技术的快速发展,用户体验(User Experience, UX)已成为影响数字产品竞争力的重要因素。相比传统UX人才培养模式,应用心理学专业在用户认知、情绪、行为与决策机制分析方面具有学科优势,但现有研究对该方向人才培养核心能力结构及其重要性的系统量化分析仍存在不足。本文构建包含因子层、一级指标与二级指标的能力评价体系,采用AHP层次分析法邀请相关领域专家对指标进行两两比较评分,并完成一致性检验与权重计算。结果显示:一级指标中,“心理学理论与UX的整合应用”和“UX研究方法与心理学的深度融合”权重最高;二级指标中,“行为数据分析与统计解读”“认知心理学原理的应用”“运用认知原则进行信息架构与交互设计”等权重较高,而“伦理意识与价值观考量”权重相对较低但具有基础保障意义。本文提出推进应用心理学专业交叉课程建设、强化项目化“做中学”、建立多元评价机制等建议,研究结果为高校培养具备心理深度的UX人才提供参考。
Abstract: With the rapid development of the digital economy and intelligent interaction technologies, user experience (UX) has become a critical factor influencing the competitiveness of digital products. Compared with traditional UX talent cultivation models, the Applied Psychology discipline holds significant advantages in analyzing user cognition, emotion, behavior, and decision-making mechanisms. However, existing research still lacks a systematic quantitative analysis of the core competency structure and its relative importance in UX-oriented talent cultivation within this field. This study constructs a competency evaluation system consisting of factor-level, first-level indicators, and second-level indicators. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted, and experts from relevant fields are invited to conduct pairwise comparisons of indicators, followed by consistency tests and weight calculations. The results show that, among the first-level indicators, “integration of psychological theories and UX applications” and “deep integration of UX research methods with psychology” receive the highest weights. Among the second-level indicators, “behavioral data analysis and statistical interpretation,” “application of cognitive psychology principles,” and “applying cognitive principles in information architecture and interaction design” rank relatively high. In contrast, “ethical awareness and value considerations” receive lower weights, although they remain essential foundational components. Based on these findings, this study proposes strengthening interdisciplinary curriculum development between applied psychology and UX, enhancing project-based “learning by doing” teaching approaches, and establishing diversified evaluation mechanisms. The results provide useful references for universities aiming to cultivate UX professionals with strong psychological foundations.
