智慧托育生态下高职托育专业教师数字素养的内在机理、现实困境与破局路径
Internal Mechanism, Practical Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths of Preschool Education Teachers’ Digital Literacy in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Smart Early Childhood Care Ecosystem
摘要: 智慧托育是互联网、人工智能、大数据等数字技术与育儿技术相结合的产物,是托育服务发展的新理念和新方向。在智慧托育生态下,提升托育专业教师数字素养对推动高职托育专业教育数字化转型至关重要。从内在逻辑来看,智慧托育生态赋能教师数字素养迭代升级,教师数字素养驱动智慧托育生态良性进化。目前高职托育教师数字专业素养缺乏,数字教学素养薄弱,数字育人素养欠缺;数字素养支撑不足等问题。为此,从理念引领、分层进阶、智慧教学、价值塑造、平台赋能五个维度提出破局路径,构建全面协同的提升生态。
Abstract: Smart early childhood care is an integration outcome of digital technologies such as the Internet, artificial intelligence and big data with childcare technologies, representing a new concept and development trend of early childhood care services. Under the smart early childhood care ecosystem, improving the digital literacy of teachers majoring in early childhood care is crucial to advancing the digital transformation of early childhood care education in higher vocational colleges. From the internal logical perspective, the smart early childhood care ecosystem empowers the iterative upgrading of teachers’ digital literacy, while teachers’ digital literacy in turn drives the sound evolution of the smart early childhood care ecosystem. At present, teachers of early childhood care majors in higher vocational colleges are faced with insufficient professional digital competence, weak digital teaching capability, deficient digital education literacy and inadequate supporting conditions for digital literacy development. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes breakthrough strategies from five dimensions: concept guidance, hierarchical progression, smart teaching, value cultivation and platform empowerment, so as to establish a comprehensive and collaborative improvement ecosystem.
