“治未病”理念下高校心理危机管理体系的构建——基于“互联网+”的实践探索

Construction of University Psychological Crisis Management System under the Concept of “Preventive Treatment of Disease”—A Practical Exploration Based on “Internet Plus”

摘要: 当前高校心理危机管理面临预防实效不足、预警与干预衔接不畅、预后管理尚未形成闭环等困境。中医“治未病”理念蕴含的“未病先防、欲病早治、已病防变、病后防复”思想，为破解上述困境提供了方法论启示。据此，本文构建了以“互联网+”为技术支撑的“预防–预警–干预–预后”四维心理危机管理体系。中南林业科技大学2019年以来的实践，初步验证了该体系在提升心理危机管理效能方面的实效性。

Abstract: Current university psychological crisis management is confronted with dilemmas including inadequate preventive effects, poor connection between early warning and intervention, and an unclosed-loop follow-up management system. The traditional Chinese medical concept of “preventive treatment of disease” embodies the philosophies of “preventing diseases before they occur, treating incipient illnesses at an early stage, preventing deterioration of existing illnesses, and avoiding disease recurrence after recovery”, which offers methodological insights to resolve the aforementioned difficulties. On this basis, this paper constructs a four-dimensional psychological crisis management system covering “prevention-early warning-intervention-follow-up management” supported by “Internet Plus” technology. Practices carried out by Central South University of Forestry & Technology since 2019 have preliminarily verified the effectiveness of this system in improving the efficiency of psychological crisis management.
