新医科视域下药学类高校微专业建设路径与实践探索

Construction Paths and Practical Exploration of Micro-Majors in Pharmaceutical Universities from the Perspective of the New Medical Science Initiative

摘要: 新医科背景下，医药产业变革对复合型药学人才的需求日益迫切。微专业因其轻量化、灵活性、跨界性，为药学类高校突破传统专业壁垒、快速响应产业新兴需求提供了有效路径。本文立足相关政策导向，剖析当前药学类高校微专业建设中特色辨识度不足、师资队伍支撑乏力、教学管理机制不完善等现实问题。结合新医科育人要求，从特色专业体系搭建、师资队伍建设、教学管理机制完善三个维度，提出针对性的优化建设路径与实践方案。研究旨在完善药学类微专业人才培养模式，破解人才培养与产业需求的结构性矛盾，为高校培育高素质创新型、复合型药学人才提供参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the New Medical Science initiative, the transformation of the pharmaceutical industry has created an increasingly pressing demand for interdisciplinary pharmaceutical professionals. Characterized by light-weight structure, flexibility and interdisciplinary attributes, micro-majors serve as an effective approach for pharmaceutical universities to break through the barriers of traditional majors and promptly respond to emerging industrial demands. Based on relevant policy orientations, this paper analyzes practical problems existing in the development of micro-majors in pharmaceutical universities, such as insufficient distinctive positioning, weak support from teaching staff, and imperfect teaching management mechanisms. In combination with the talent cultivation requirements of the New Medical Science Initiative, targeted optimization paths and practical plans are proposed from three dimensions: constructing a distinctive micro-major system, promoting faculty development, and refining teaching management mechanisms. This study intends to improve the talent cultivation model for pharmaceutical micro-majors, resolve the structural mismatch between talent training and industrial demands, and offer references for universities to cultivate high-quality innovative and interdisciplinary pharmaceutical professionals.
