摘要: 数字化校园建设是高等教育数字化转型的核心载体，也是提升高校治理能力现代化的重要抓手。本文以信息系统成功模型为理论框架，采用单案例研究法，以烟台科技学院为研究对象，通过主题分析法对多源数据进行编码分析，系统梳理高校数字化校园建设的共性困境与实施路径。研究首先厘清数字化校园的概念内涵与架构体系，结合文献综述指出现有研究在地方高校落地实践层面的研究缺口；其次从基础设施、数据治理、组织协同等维度归纳当前建设存在的核心问题；进而从技术、管理、服务三个层面提出优化路径；最后通过案例剖析，结合本校多维度运营数据深入阐释数据决策中心与课时智能管理系统的建设实践、成效量化及建设过程中的挑战与应对策略，为地方应用型高校数字化校园建设提供可复制的实践参考。

Abstract: Digital campus construction is the core carrier of digital transformation in higher education and an important starting point for improving the modernization of university governance capacity. Based on the IS Success Model, this paper adopts a single case study method and takes Yantai Institute of Science and Technology as the research object, analyzes multi-source data through thematic analysis, to systematically sort out the common dilemmas and implementation paths of digital campus construction in colleges and universities. The study first clarifies the conceptual connotation and architecture of digital campus, and points out the research gaps in existing studies on the implementation practice of local universities through literature review. Secondly, it summarizes the core problems in current construction from the dimensions of infrastructure, data governance and organizational collaboration. Furthermore, it proposes optimization paths from technical, managerial and service levels. Finally, through case analysis, it deeply explains the construction practice, quantitative effect and challenges and countermeasures in the construction process of the data decision center and the intelligent class hour management system combined with multi-dimensional operational data of the university, so as to provide replicable practical references for the digital campus construction of local application-oriented universities.
