《气候变化与应用气候学》课程思政教学设计与实践

摘要: 课程思想政治教育建设是新时代高校立德树人的重要路径,要求将价值引领融入专业知识传授全过程。本文以大气科学类学科应用气象学专业核心课程《气候变化与应用气候学》为例,围绕课程特色与思政育人目标,围绕全球气候变化治理、生态文明建设、“双碳”目标等议题,设计了将思政教育自然融入专业教学的实施方案。在教学指南、内容设计、方法创新与评价体系四个方面展开了具体探讨,力求在专业知识传授中同步实现能力培养与价值塑造,以期培养出兼具科学素养、家国情怀和全球视野的气象专业人才。
Abstract: Course-based ideological and political education constitutes a crucial pathway for fostering virtue and nurturing talents in higher education institutions in the new era, requiring the integration of value guidance into the entire process of professional knowledge instruction. Taking the core course “Climate Change and Applied Climatology” in the Applied Meteorology major as an example, this paper systematically designs a teaching plan that incorporates ideological and political themes such as global climate governance, ecological civilization construction, the “dual carbon” strategy, and the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind, closely aligned with the course characteristics and educational objectives of value cultivation. From four dimensions—teaching guidelines, content design, methodological innovation, and evaluation system—this paper explores how to organically integrate ideological and political education with climatological expertise, thereby constructing a trinity teaching system of “knowledge transmission-capacity development-value shaping” with the aim of cultivating high-caliber meteorological talents who possess scientific literacy, patriotic commitment, and a global perspective.
