皖南古村落旅游发展的民生福祉效应研究——以宏村为例

Research on the People’s Well-Being Effect of Tourism Development in Ancient Villages of Southern Anhui—A Case Study of Hongcun Village

摘要: 皖南古村落作为中国传统乡村文化的活态载体，承载着地域历史文脉与民俗风情，其旅游开发不仅是文化遗产活化的重要路径，更是推动乡村振兴、增进民生福祉的关键抓手。文章以宏村为案例地，从经济福祉、社会福祉、文化福祉、生态环境福祉四个维度，系统剖析旅游发展对民生福祉的影响效应。研究表明，宏村旅游业发展能够有效促进当地村民收入增长，推动乡村基础设施持续完善，活化地域传统文化资源，改善区域生态环境质量，进而显著提升当地村民的整体生活质量。但同时也面临着利益分配不均、文化本真性流失等问题，需通过针对性措施，实现旅游发展与民生福祉的良性互动。

Abstract: As living carriers of China’s traditional rural culture, ancient villages in southern Anhui embody regional historical context and folk customs. Their tourism development serves not only as a vital approach to revitalizing cultural heritage but also as a core driver for rural revitalization and the improvement of people’s well-being. Taking Hongcun Village as a case study, this paper systematically analyzes the impacts of tourism development on people’s well-being from four dimensions: economic well-being, social well-being, cultural well-being and ecological environmental well-being. The research reveals that the tourism industry in Hongcun Village has effectively boosted local villagers’ income, upgraded rural infrastructure, revitalized regional traditional cultural resources, and improved regional ecological quality, thereby markedly elevating the overall living standards of local residents. Nevertheless, challenges, including unequal benefit distribution and loss of cultural authenticity, persist. Targeted countermeasures are therefore required to foster positive interaction between tourism growth and people’s well-being.
