近5年中医外治法在强直性脊柱炎治疗中的应用浅析

Application of External Therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis in Recent Five Years: A Brief Analysis

摘要: 强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis, AS)属于慢性免疫相关病症的一种，病变核心表现为脊柱、骶髂关节的持续性炎性损伤。易导致患者面临显著的功能障碍和生活质量下降。近年来，针灸、推拿、拔罐和艾灸等中医外治法被越来越多的临床研究关注。研究显示其在缓解AS患者疼痛、改善功能和提高生活质量方面有一定疗效。然而，尽管已有一定的研究成果，关于中医外治法在强直性脊柱炎治疗中的具体机制及其长期效果仍需进一步探讨。本文旨在综述近5年中医外治法在强直性脊柱炎治疗中的现状，分析其临床进展，以期为临床实践提供指导。

Abstract: Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) is a chronic autoimmune disorder characterized by persistent inflammatory lesions in the sacroiliac joints and spine, which frequently leads to impaired physical function and deteriorated quality of life. In recent years, external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine including acupuncture, Tuina, cupping and moxibustion have attracted growing attention in clinical trials. Existing clinical trials verify that these interventions can relieve pain, restore joint mobility and improve daily living conditions of AS patients. Although relevant research has yielded certain achievements, the definite action mechanisms and long-term efficacy of TCM external therapies for AS remain unclear and need further in-depth exploration. This paper systematically summarizes research overview of TCM external therapies for ankylosing spondylitis in the past five years and sorts out relevant clinical advances, so as to offer references for frontline clinical practice.
