OBE理念驱动AI赋能微生物学检验技术实验课程教学范式转型研究

摘要: 为探讨基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念联合人工智能(AI)技术的新型教学模式在微生物学检验技术实验课程中的应用效果。选取某医学院22级(对照组,传统教学)与23级(实验组,新型教学)医学检验技术本科学生为研究对象。结果显示,实验组的实验报告、实验技能考核、临床思维测评成绩均显著优于对照组(p < 0.01),且操作能力提升与临床思维培养的非常满意率更高(p < 0.01)。新型教学模式可有效提升学生实验操作技能与临床检验思维,增强教学满意度。
Abstract: To explore the application effect of a novel teaching model integrating outcome-based education (OBE) philosophy with artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the experimental course of Microbiological Inspection Technology, undergraduate students majoring in Medical Laboratory Technology from Grade 2022 (control group, adopting traditional teaching mode) and Grade 2023 (experimental group, adopting the new OBE-AI combined teaching mode) of a medical college were selected as the research subjects. The research results showed that the scores of experimental reports, experimental skill as-assessment and clinical thinking evaluation of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (p < 0.01). Meanwhile, the experimental group also had a significantly higher satisfaction rate in terms of the improvement of operational ability and the cultivation of clinical thinking (p < 0.01). The novel teaching model can effectively improve students’ experimental operation skills and clinical laboratory thinking ability, and significantly enhance teaching satisfaction.
