从“知识传递”到“素养培育”:数字化时代高校授课模式的转向路径
From “Knowledge Transmission” to “Competency Cultivation”: The Transformation Pathway of Teaching Models in Higher Education in the Digital Age
摘要: 数字化时代,以生成式人工智能为代表的智能技术正在深刻重塑知识的生产与传播方式,高校课堂面临传统授课模式的历史性挑战。本文基于布鲁姆认知目标分类学与建构主义学习理论,系统分析了传统授课模式陷入困境的深层原因,进而提出授课模式应从“知识传递”向“素养培育”进行范式转换,并以批判性思维、人机协同能力、复杂问题解决能力为核心素养目标,从教学理念、教学模式、教学内容、教学评价四个维度,构建了数字化时代高校授课思路转向的系统路径。
Abstract: In the digital age, intelligent technologies represented by generative artificial intelligence are profoundly reshaping the production and dissemination of knowledge, posing a historic challenge to traditional teaching models in higher education classrooms. Based on Bloom’s taxonomy of cognitive objectives and constructivist learning theory, this paper systematically analyzes the deep-seated causes of the predicament faced by traditional teaching models, and further proposes that teaching models should undergo a paradigm shift from “knowledge transmission” to “competency cultivation” With critical thinking, human-machine collaboration ability, and complex problem-solving ability as core competency objectives, this paper constructs a systematic path for the transformation of college teaching approaches in the digital age from four dimensions: teaching philosophy, teaching model, teaching content, and teaching evaluation.
