高质量发展导向下高职院校通识教师素养培育体系实践研究——以北京农业职业学院为例

A Practical Study on the Cultivation System of General Education Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of High-Quality Development—A Case Study of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture

摘要: 目前，职业教育的高质量发展要求高职院校从单一技能培养转向“技能 + 人文 + 职业素养”复合型人才培育，通识教育作为落实立德树人根本任务的核心载体，其师资素养直接决定育人质量。以北京农业职业学院(以下简称我院)通识教育学院为例，梳理当前农类高职通识教师存在的问题。结合首都现代农业产业人才需求，构建“师德根基、跨界教学、数字教研、职业通识”四维素养内核，配套分层培训、校企双向流动、多元评价、跨学科教研四大保障机制的一体化培育体系。为涉农高职院校通识师资队伍建设提供实践参照。

Abstract: Currently, the high-quality development of vocational education requires higher vocational colleges to shift from single-skill training to the cultivation of compound talents integrating “skills + humanities + professional qualities.” General education, as the core carrier for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent, directly determines the quality of education through the quality of its teachers. Taking the General Education College of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as our college) as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems of general education teachers in agricultural higher vocational colleges. Combining the talent needs of the modern agricultural industry in the capital, a four-dimensional core of “moral foundation, cross-disciplinary teaching, digital teaching and research, and professional general knowledge” is constructed, along with four supporting mechanisms: tiered training, two-way flow between schools and enterprises, diversified evaluation, and interdisciplinary teaching and research. This provides a practical reference for the construction of general education teacher teams in agricultural higher vocational colleges.
