新文科背景下多学科交叉融合的数智化人才培养模式探索

Exploration on the Digital and Intelligent Talent Training Model with Multidisciplinary Interdisciplinary Integration under the Background of New Liberal Arts

摘要: 人工智能时代使高等教育面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。在新文科建设背景下，本文以内蒙古财经大学为例，依据学科布局和专业特色优势，以一流专业建设为引领，一是优化专业布局，专业升级改造；二是要聚焦数智化特色方向，着力建设经济管理和大数据、人工智能等新技术交叉融合的新兴专业；三是围绕经济、管理类专业人才培养理念、培养模式和体系，探索构建多学科交叉融合的复合型应用型数智化人才培养新模式。

Abstract: The rapid advancement of the artificial intelligence era has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for higher education. In the context of the development of new liberal arts, taking Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics as a case study, based on the disciplinary layout and professional characteristics and advantages, and led by the construction of first-class majors, three strategies are proposed in this paper. First, the layout of majors is optimized, and the upgrading and transformation of majors are promoted. Second, we focus on digital and intelligent development, and strive to cultivate emerging interdisciplinary majors that integrate economics, management with new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence. Third, centering on the talent cultivation philosophy, models and systems for economics and management majors, we explore and establish a new model for cultivating interdisciplinary, application-oriented talents equipped with digital and intelligent competencies.
