A Comparative Study on the Differences in Professional Development among High School Mathematics Teachers in City G, Guangxi and Their Influencing Factors

摘要: 本研究以广西G市504名高中数学教师为样本，聚焦该市高中数学教师专业发展问题。围绕高校培养、学校层次两个维度展开系统分析，探讨教师专业发展差异的形成原因与作用机制，结合区域教育实际，从教育管理部门、学校及师范院校层面提出针对性优化策略，为推动高中数学教师队伍均衡发展提供理论参考与实践路径。

Abstract: This study examines 504 high school mathematics teachers in City G, Guangxi, focusing on issues related to their professional development. Conducting a systematic analysis across two dimensions—university-based training and institutional level—the research investigates the causes and mechanisms underlying disparities in teacher professional development. Based on regional educational realities, targeted optimization strategies are proposed at the levels of education administrative authorities, schools, and teacher-training institutions, providing theoretical references and practical pathways for promoting balanced development of the high school mathematics teaching workforce.
