人口老龄化背景下健康服务与银发经济协同发展研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of Health Services and Silver Economy under the Background of Population Aging

摘要: 我国进入中度老龄化阶段，人口结构深刻变革推动老年健康需求与银发消费需求同步扩张，健康服务供给不足、银发经济发展不充分、二者协同度偏低成为突出问题。本文基于要素禀赋、供需变迁、产业耦合等理论，系统阐释人口老龄化对健康服务与银发经济的双重影响，厘清二者协同的内在机理，识别供需错配、要素短缺、融合不足、制度滞后、区域失衡等现实约束，提出供需适配、要素协同、产业融合、制度完善、区域均衡的优化路径。研究可为老龄社会下健康服务提质、银发经济扩容及二者协同高质量发展提供理论参考与实践支撑。

Abstract: China has entered a moderately aging society. Profound changes in population structure drive the simultaneous expansion of elderly health needs and silver consumption needs. Insufficient supply of health services, inadequate development of the silver economy and low synergy between them have become prominent problems. Based on theories such as factor endowment, changes in supply and demand, and industrial coupling, this paper systematically explains the dual impact of population aging on health services and the silver economy, clarifies the internal mechanism of their coordination, identifies realistic constraints such as mismatched supply and demand, shortage of elements, insufficient integration, institutional lag and regional imbalance, and proposes optimization paths of supply-demand adaptation, element coordination, industrial integration, institutional improvement and regional balance. The research can provide theoretical reference and practical support for improving the quality of health services, expanding the silver economy and promoting their coordinated and high-quality development in an aging society.
