基于VOSviewer与CiteSpace的国内农村智慧养老研究可视化分析

A Visualization Analysis of Rural Smart Elderly Care Research in China Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

摘要: 随着人口老龄化加深和数字乡村建设推进，农村智慧养老成为养老服务研究的重要议题。本文以中国知网(CNKI)相关文献为对象，运用文献计量法，并借助VOSviewer和CiteSpace分析发文趋势、关键词共现、主题聚类及热点演化。研究发现，国内农村智慧养老研究总体呈波动上升趋势，2022年后增长明显；研究主题主要集中于养老服务供给、智慧养老模式、数字技术赋能、互助养老、医养结合和乡村振兴等方面。热点演化呈现出从农村养老保障与基础服务供给，到“互联网+”技术应用，再到融合发展与多元主体协同治理的转变。当前实践仍面临资源供给不足、技术适配性不强、协同机制不完善和医养结合能力有限等问题。未来应推动数字技术与农村养老服务场景深度融合，完善协同治理机制，提升服务可及性、精准性和可持续性。

Abstract: With the deepening of population aging and the advancement of digital rural development, smart elderly care in rural areas has become an important topic in elderly care service research. Based on relevant literature from the CNKI database, this study uses bibliometric methods and visualization tools including VOSviewer and CiteSpace to analyze publication trends, keyword co-occurrence, thematic clustering, and the evolution of research hotspots. The findings show that research on rural smart elderly care in China has generally increased with fluctuations, with significant growth after 2022. Major topics include elderly care service supply, smart elderly care models, digital technology empowerment, mutual-aid elderly care, integrated medical and elderly care, and rural revitalization. The evolution of research hotspots shows a shift from rural elderly care security and basic service supply to “Internet Plus” technology application, and then to integrated development and multi-actor collaborative governance. In practice, rural smart elderly care still faces challenges such as insufficient service resources, weak technological adaptability, imperfect coordination mechanisms, and limited capacity for integrated medical and elderly care. Future efforts should further integrate digital technologies with rural elderly care scenarios, improve collaborative governance mechanisms, and enhance the accessibility, precision, and sustainability of rural smart elderly care services.
