双碳目标下汽车制造业绿色转型路径及实施效果研究
Research on the Green Transformation Path and Implementation Effect of the Automobile Manufacturing Industry under the Dual Carbon Goals
摘要: 汽车制造业作为我国工业碳排放重点领域,整体能耗与碳排放基数大、减排压力突出,传统粗放式生产模式已无法适配高质量发展与低碳约束要求。本文以汽车制造业为研究对象,基于可持续发展理论、循环经济理论与绿色制造理论,结合行业公开统计数据梳理绿色转型发展现状,剖析当前转型过程中技术短板、生产能耗偏高、产业链协同不足等现实困境,从技术创新、绿色生产、产业链协同、循环经济、数字赋能五个维度构建系统化的绿色转型路径。同时选取比亚迪汽车为案例,结合企业公开能耗、资源利用、减排数据开展定性 + 简单数据对比分析,具象探究转型路径落地成效与现存短板,并提出针对性优化对策。研究可为国内汽车制造企业绿色升级、行业低碳治理提供实践参考与理论支撑。
Abstract: The automotive manufacturing industry, as key area of industrial carbon emissions in China, faces a large overall energy consumption and carbon emission base, along with prominent emission reduction pressure. The traditional extensive production model can no longer adapt the requirements of high-quality development and low-carbon constraints. Taking the automotive manufacturing industry as the research object, this paper combs through the current status of green transformation development based on development theory, circular economy theory, and green manufacturing theory, combined with public industry statistical data. It analyzes current practical dilemmas such as technological shortcomings, high production energy consumption, and insufficient industrial synergy during the transformation process, and constructs a systematic green transformation path from five dimensions: technological innovation, green production, industrial chain synergy, circular economy, and digital empowerment. Meanwhile, BYD Auto is selected as a case study, combining the company’s publicly available data on energy consumption, resource utilization, and emission reduction to conduct a qualitative analysis + simple data comparison. This approach aims to explore the effectiveness of the transformation path and identify existing shortcomings, and propose targeted optimization measures. The research can provide practical references and theoretical support for the green upgrading of domestic automotive manufacturing and the low-carbon governance of the industry.
