正定古城旅游满意度研究

Research on Tourist Satisfaction in Zhengding Ancient City

摘要: 正定古城作为重要的旅游目的地，其旅游服务质量与游客满意度直接影响区域文旅产业的可持续发展。本研究结合正定古城文旅发展特征，构建了涵盖餐饮、住宿、交通等9个维度的游客满意度测评体系，通过对150份游客问卷数据的统计分析，运用信度检验、效度检验等方法，对正定古城旅游满意度进行了系统测评。研究结果显示：正定古城旅游整体满意度处于一般水平，其中旅游景观、餐饮、住宿等维度表现较好，基础设施、休闲娱乐、管理服务等维度存在明显短板。本研究基于实证分析结果，为古城文旅产业的发展提供理论参考与实践依据。

Abstract: As an important tourist destination, the quality of tourism services and tourist satisfaction in Zhengding Ancient City directly affect the sustainable development of the regional cultural tourism industry. This study, based on the characteristics of cultural tourism development in Zhengding Ancient City, constructed a tourist satisfaction evaluation system covering nine dimensions, including catering, accommodation, and transportation. Through statistical analysis of 150 tourist questionnaires, reliability and validity tests were used to systematically evaluate tourist satisfaction in Zhengding Ancient City. The results show that the overall tourist satisfaction in Zhengding Ancient City is at a moderate level, with relatively good performance in dimensions such as tourist attractions, catering, and accommodation, while significant shortcomings exist in dimensions such as infrastructure, leisure and entertainment, and management services. Based on the empirical analysis results, this study provides a theoretical reference and practical basis for the development of the cultural tourism industry in the ancient city.
