摘要: 在数字经济快速发展的当下，数字化转型已成为传统企业适应新时代竞争格局的重要战略方向。本研究旨在结合技术变革，深入剖析传统企业在数字化转型背景下的战略调整及转型路径。本研究发现传统企业需从业务、营销、组织等多层面进行战略调整，并可根据自身条件选择自主研发、合作创新或并购等转型路径。研究强调，传统企业在转型过程中应充分认识技术变革带来的机遇与挑战，积极应对转型阻碍。本研究为传统企业的数字化转型实践提供了具有针对性的理论指导与实践参考，助力其成功实现数字化转型，提升竞争力，在数字经济时代实现可持续发展。

Abstract: In the current rapidly developing digital economy, digital transformation has become an important strategic direction for traditional enterprises to adapt to the new era of competition. This study aims to deeply analyze the strategic adjustment and transformation path of traditional enterprises in the context of digital transformation in combination with technological change. This study finds that traditional enterprises need to make strategic adjustments at multiple levels, such as business, marketing and organization, and can choose transformation paths such as independent research and development, cooperative innovation or merger and acquisition according to their own conditions. The research emphasizes that traditional enterprises should fully understand the opportunities and challenges brought about by technological change and actively respond to transformation obstacles during the transformation process. This study provides targeted theoretical guidance and practical reference for the digital transformation practice of traditional enterprises, helps them successfully achieve digital transformation, enhances their competitiveness, and achieves sustainable development in the era of digital economy.
