摘要: 在“健康中国”战略背景下,培养兼具精湛技术与深厚人文素养的医学人才已成为医学教育的核心使命。然而,临床医学硕士专业学位研究生(规培生)在“并轨培养”模式下,面临人文教育时间被挤压、传统模式效能不足的现实困境。人工智能技术的飞速发展为破解这一难题提供了全新契机。本文在课题组前期研究基础上,系统剖析了当前规培生人文素养培养的痛点,提出并构建了由“医学院–规培医院–学科–规培生”四方协同、并由AI技术深度赋能的“四位一体”人文素养培养新模式。该模式通过开发AI人文情境模拟系统、学习分析系统和个性化成长档案三大核心模块,实现对规培生人文素养的沉浸式训练、量化评估与精准提升。文章阐述了该模式的理论基础、核心架构、实施路径与预期价值,旨在为医学人文教育的数字化转型提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Abstract: Under the background of the “Healthy China” strategy, cultivating medical talents with both exquisite skills and profound humanistic literacy has become the core mission of medical education. However, under the “parallel training” model, clinical medical master’s degree postgraduates (resident trainees) face the realistic dilemma of squeezed time for humanistic education and insufficient effectiveness of traditional approaches. The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology provides a new opportunity to solve this problem. Based on the previous research of our team, this paper systematically analyzes the current pain points in the cultivation of humanistic literacy among resident trainees, and proposes a “Four-in-One” humanistic literacy cultivation model, which is deeply empowered by AI and coordinated by four parties: “medical school-training hospital-discipline-resident trainee.” This model develops three core AI modules—humanistic scenario simulation system, learning analytics system, and personalized growth portfolio—to achieve immersive training, quantitative assessment, and precise improvement of residents’ humanistic literacy. The paper elaborates the theoretical basis, core architecture, implementation pathways, and expected value of the model, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the digital transformation of medical humanistic education.
