虚拟仿真技术在航空维修技能培训与教学中的应用研究
Research on the Application of Virtual Simulation Technology in Aviation Maintenance Skills Training and Teaching
摘要: 针对当前航空维修技能培训依赖实装、成本高昂、容错率低、带教标准不统一、特情处置训练难落地等痛点,本文分析了传统维修技能训练模式的局限性,梳理了虚拟仿真技术的发展现状与应用优势,结合一线维护需求自主研发了座舱教学、实操模拟、技能考核、特情处置四大类仿真训练软件,构建了“教–练–考–演”一体化的虚拟仿真训练体系,探讨了该体系的落地路径与长效运行机制。实践表明,虚拟仿真技术可有效降低训练成本、提升训练效率、统一训考标准、强化特情处置能力,为维修人员业务技能提升提供了新的解决方案。
Abstract: In view of the pain points in current aviation maintenance skills training, such as over-reliance on actual equipment, high cost, low fault tolerance, inconsistent teaching standards, and difficulties in implementing emergency response training, this paper analyzes the limitations of the traditional maintenance skill training mode, sorts out the development status and application advantages of virtual simulation technology, and independently develops four categories of simulation training software covering cockpit teaching, operation simulation, skill assessment and emergency response in combination with front-line maintenance requirements. On this basis, an integrated virtual simulation training system of “teaching-practice-assessment-drill” is constructed, and the implementation path and long-term operation mechanism of the system are discussed. Practice shows that virtual simulation technology can effectively reduce training costs, improve training efficiency, unify training and assessment standards, and strengthen emergency response capabilities, providing a new solution for improving the professional skills of maintenance personnel.
