从知识到价值:有机化学课程思政的“三阶递进”融合路径
From Knowledge to Values: A “Three-Stage Progressive” Integration Pathway for Ideological and Political Education in Organic Chemistry Courses

摘要: 课程思政是新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键举措。有机化学作为理工科核心基础课程,具有开展思政教育的独特优势,但也面临“硬融入”“表面化”等实践困境。本文基于教学实践经验,提出“知识–能力–价值”的课程思政融合理念,借鉴转化学习理论构建“三阶递进、双向反馈”的融合机制,从思政元素深度挖掘、教学方法创新、评价体系重构三个维度,系统探索有机化学教学与思政教育融合的有效路径。
Abstract: Curriculum ideological and political education represents a key initiative for colleges and universities to fulfill the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education in the new era. As a core foundational course in science and engineering, organic chemistry possesses unique advantages for integrating ideological and political education, yet it also faces practical challenges such as “mechanical grafting” and “superficial implementation”. Drawing on practical teaching experience, this paper proposes an integrated concept of “knowledge-competence-values” for curriculum ideological and political education. Drawing on transformative learning theory, it constructs a “three-stage progressive, two-way feedback” integration mechanism. Furthermore, it systematically explores effective pathways for integrating organic chemistry teaching with ideological and political education from three dimensions: in-depth mining of ideological and political elements, innovation in teaching methods, and reconstruction of the evaluation system.
