智能声音媒介与失能老人的环境式照护研究

摘要: 智能声音媒介正在成为失能老人照护体系中的新兴技术力量。本研究以媒介可供性为理论框架,考察智能音箱等声音设备如何嵌入并重构失能老人的“环境式照护”。研究发现,智能声音媒介通过感知可供性补偿失能老人的身体缺场,以社交可供性维系其与外部世界的情感连接,以情感可供性提供心理慰藉与陪伴,以生产可供性实现健康管理与生活自理的协作参与。声音媒介构建的照护环境以“声音在场”弥合身体受限带来的交互断裂,形成低门槛、去视觉依赖的照护新范式。然而,技术适老性不足、数字鸿沟加剧、情感替代风险等问题仍需审慎反思。本研究为老龄化背景下的媒介与照护关系提供了新的传播学解释路径。
Abstract: Intelligent audio media are emerging as a new technological force in the care system for the disabled elderly. This study, using the theory of media affordance as a framework, examines how audio devices such as smart speakers are embedded and reconfigure the “environmental care” for the disabled elderly. The research finds that intelligent audio media compensate for the physical absence of the disabled elderly through perceptual affordance, maintain their emotional connection with the outside world through social affordance, provide psychological comfort and companionship through emotional affordance, and achieve collaborative participation in health management and self-care through productive affordance. The care environment constructed by audio media mends the interactional break caused by physical limitations through “audio presence”, forming a new care paradigm with low thresholds and reduced visual dependence. However, issues such as insufficient technological adaptability for the elderly, the widening digital divide, and the risk of emotional substitution still need to be carefully reflected upon. This study provides a new communication explanation path for the relationship between media and care in the context of an aging society.
