积极老龄化视角下老年群体数字媒体使用与促进研究

Research on the Use and Promotionof Digital Media among the Elderly from the Perspective of Active Aging

摘要: 在人口老龄化与数字社会转型交织的背景下，如何弥合老年群体面临的数字鸿沟、促进其积极融入数字生活，成为亟待解决的问题。本文采用参与式观察与深度访谈相结合的混合研究方法，深入探析老年群体数字媒体使用中“接入难、使用浅、知识弱”的困境及其成因，并从政府完善适老化制度与教育体系、社区构建分层递进教学与互助网络、家庭实现从“代操作”到“教赋能”的反哺转型三个层面，提出多元主体协同共治的数字素养提升路径。期望对推动数字包容社会建设、实现积极老龄化具有理论价值与实践参考意义。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the intertwined population aging and digital social transformation, bridging the digital divide faced by the elderly and promoting their active integration into digital life has become an urgent issue to be solved. Adopting a mixed research method combining participatory observation and in-depth interviews, this paper deeply explores the predicament of the elderly in digital media use, namely difficult access, superficial application and weak digital literacy, as well as its underlying causes. From three dimensions—improving age-friendly institutional arrangements and education system by the government, constructing hierarchical and progressive training as well as mutual-aid networks by communities, and realizing the intergenerational support transformation from “proxy operation” to “empowerment guidance” by families—it proposes a digital literacy promotion path featuring multi-subject collaborative governance. This research is expected to provide theoretical value and practical reference for advancing the construction of a digitally inclusive society and realizing active aging.
