多维视角下的电商供应链运营决策与协调机制:文献研究综述
E-Commerce Supply Chain Operation Decision-Making and Coordination Mechanism from a Multi-Dimensional Perspective: A Literature Review
摘要: 伴随数字经济的纵深发展与平台商业模式的快速迭代,传统单向物理分销体系已全面蜕变为高度复杂的电商供应链生态网络。本文以近十年国内外核心学术期刊中的35篇权威文献为样本,对电商供应链领域的理论演进进行系统梳理与深度剖析。研究表明,该领域的理论焦点正经历从早期的“双渠道冲突与静态价格博弈”向“数字网络生态协同”的深刻范式转移。本文创新性地以“生态协同演进”为逻辑主线,构建了四大递进维度的全景式研究框架:一是“渠道重塑”,剖析平台模式抉择及直播节点强势嵌入引发的权力结构变迁与定价博弈;二是“内部解围”,揭示平台数据赋能与智能供应链金融在破解中小企业资金约束中的协同机理;三是“外部拓维”,探讨双碳目标下生鲜保鲜协同与绿色闭环供应链的创新运营策略;四是“宏观抗冲”,论证不确定环境下跨境电商网络韧性与脆弱性的动态平衡及海外物流战略抉择。本文通过结构化归纳上述新兴场景下的底层博弈模型与协调契约,旨在厘清电商供应链的理论演化边界,并为实体企业在数智化浪潮中的供应链弹性治理、风险管控与价值共创提供前瞻性的理论支撑。
Abstract: Driven by the profound development of the digital economy and the rapid iteration of platform business models, traditional unidirectional physical distribution systems have comprehensively evolved into highly complex E-commerce Supply Chain (ECSC) ecological networks. Based on a sample of 35 authoritative papers published in core domestic and international academic journals over the past decade, this study conducts a systematic review and in-depth analysis of the theoretical evolution within the ECSC field. The findings reveal that the theoretical focus of this domain is undergoing a profound paradigm shift from early “dual-channel conflicts and static pricing games” to “digital network ecological synergy”. Innovatively adopting the “evolution of ecological synergy” as its logical thread, this paper constructs a panoramic research framework comprising four progressive dimensions: (1) “Channel reshaping”, which analyzes the power structure transformations and pricing games triggered by platform mode choices and the strong embedding of live-streaming nodes; (2) “Internal breakthrough”, which reveals the synergistic mechanisms of platform data empowerment and intelligent supply chain finance in alleviating the capital constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs); (3) “External expansion”, which explores innovative operational strategies for fresh product preservation coordination and green closed-loop supply chains under carbon neutrality goals; and (4) “Macro resilience”, which demonstrates the dynamic balance between resilience and vulnerability in cross-border e-commerce networks, alongside overseas logistics strategic decision-making in uncertain environments. By structurally synthesizing the underlying game models and coordination contracts within these emerging scenarios, this paper aims to clarify the theoretical evolutionary boundaries of ECSCs and provide forward-looking theoretical support for physical enterprises regarding agile supply chain governance, risk management, and value co-creation amid the wave of digitalization and intelligence.
