数智供应链视角下电商企业营运资金管理研究——以国联股份为例

Research on Working Capital Management of E-Commerce Enterprises from the Perspective of Digital-Intelligent Supply Chain—Taking Guolian Co., Ltd. as an Example

摘要: 本文以国联股份为研究对象，采用案例分析法，探究数智供应链视角下工业B2B电商企业的营运资金管理效果。论文先梳理相关研究，再剖析国联股份数智化供应链三阶段演进轨迹，从配置规模、采购、销售、仓储物流及综合指标维度分析其2019~2024年营运资金管理，最后结合企业现存问题提出优化建议。研究发现，数智化供应链为企业营运资金管理提供技术赋能，使其资产保持高流动性，各环节资金管理效率显著优于行业平均，但业务扩张也相应加大了企业的营运资金管理难度。本文丰富了数智供应链与营运资金管理的交叉研究，为工业B2B电商企业优化资金管理提供了实践参考与理论借鉴。

Abstract: This paper takes Guolian Co., Ltd. as the research object and adopts the case study method to explore the working capital management performance of industrial B2B e-commerce enterprises from the perspective of digital-intelligent supply chains. It first reviews relevant literature and analyzes the three-stage evolution of Guolian’s digital-intelligent supply chain, then examines the enterprise’s working capital management from 2019 to 2024 in terms of allocation scale, procurement, sales, warehousing and logistics as well as comprehensive indicators, and finally puts forward optimization suggestions in view of the existing problems of the enterprise. The study finds that the digital-intelligent supply chain provides technical empowerment for the enterprise’s working capital management, helping maintain high asset liquidity and achieving significantly higher capital efficiency in all links than the industry average, while business expansion has correspondingly increased the difficulty of working capital management. This paper enriches the interdisciplinary research on digital-intelligent supply chains and working capital management, and provides practical experience and theoretical reference for industrial B2B e-commerce enterprises to optimize capital management.
