中国省域电子商务发展的驱动机制——基于fsQCA的组态分析
The Driving Mechanism of E-Commerce Development in Chinese Provinces—A Configuration Analysis Based on fsQCA
摘要: 为了解决中国的省域电子商务发展的空间异质性与资源禀赋问题,传统的回归分析方法无法把多因素协同作用的情况解析清楚,所以本文以中国27个省级面板数据为研究样本,运用了模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法来探究多省域的电商高水平发展的驱动机制。研究发现:不存在某单一的条件为高水平电子商务发展的必要条件,有多条驱动路径存在研发投入这个共同的核心要素;分别为低信息基础设施与教育水平下的投入–消费协同驱动型、低城镇化率下的技术–人才创新驱动型、全方位协同驱动型三条不同的组态路径,各地域可结合自身省级行政单位的发展通过不同的方式来实现电子商务水平的高质量发展,为各地区的电子商务差异化的发展政策提供了实证依据与政策建议。
Abstract: To address the spatial heterogeneity and resource endowment issues in the development of e-commerce at the provincial level in China, traditional regression analysis methods are unable to clearly parse the complex interactions of multiple factors. Therefore, this paper takes the provincial panel data of 27 provinces in China as the research sample and employs the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method to explore the driving mechanisms of high-level e-commerce development in multiple provinces. The research finds that there is no single necessary condition for high-level e-commerce development, and there are multiple driving paths with research and development investment as the common core element. These include the input-consumption synergy-driven type under low information infrastructure and education levels, and the technology-talent innovation-driven type under low urbanization rate, three different configuration paths. Each region can achieve high-quality e-commerce development through different means based on its own provincial development, providing empirical evidence and policy recommendations for the differentiated e-commerce development policies of various regions.
