非遗文化赋能应用型高校班级管理的内涵与路径研究——以安徽鱼灯为例

Research on the Connotation and Path of Intangible Cultural Heritage Empowering Class Management in Applied Universities—Taking Anhui Fish Lantern as an Example

摘要: 非物质文化遗产是经过长期凝聚的宝贵财富，是提升班级管理效能的重要载体。本文以安徽鱼灯为例，结合应用型高校育人特色，探讨非遗文化融入班级管理的逻辑意蕴。当前，非遗文化赋能高校班级管理存在文化内容适配性弱、载体形式单一、协同机制不足等现实问题。通过“以文化人、以美润班、以艺践行”三条实践路径，从完善内容供给、健全长效机制、推进协同育人等层面构建非遗文化赋能班级管理的实施体系，为新时代高校班级文化建设与精细化管理提供参考。

Abstract: As precious wealth accumulated over a long period of time, intangible cultural heritage serves as an important carrier for improving the efficiency of class management. This paper takes Anhui fish lantern as the research object and combines the educational characteristics of applied universities to explore the logical implication of integrating intangible cultural heritage into class management. At present, empowering college class management with intangible cultural heritage is confronted with practical problems such as poorly adapted cultural content, monotonous carrier forms and insufficient collaborative efforts. This paper adopts three practical approaches of “cultivating people through culture, nourishing classes with aesthetics, and fostering practice through craftsmanship”, and constructs an implementation system for empowering class management with intangible cultural heritage from the perspectives of optimizing content supply, strengthening collaborative education and perfecting long-term mechanisms, so as to provide references for college cultural construction and refined class management in the new era.
