摘要: 在教育改革不断深入的背景下，数学核心素养的培养成为数学教育的重要目标。本文围绕指向数学核心素养的学习质量评价与考试命题展开研究，且以“2025年全国高考数学一卷”为例，深入分析数学关键能力评价的相关内容，包括试题编制的前提性反思、评价模型建构以及命题表的设计等，同时探讨了测试关键能力的命题策略，为数学教育评价与考试命题提供有价值的参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of continuous education reform, the cultivation of core mathematical literacy has become an important goal of mathematics education. This article focuses on the evaluation of learning quality and exam questions related to core mathematical literacy. Taking the “2025 National College Entrance Examination Mathematics Paper 1” as an example, it deeply analyzes the relevant content of mathematics key ability evaluation, including the prerequisite reflection of question preparation, the construction of evaluation models, and the design of proposition tables. At the same time, it explores the proposition strategies for testing key abilities, providing valuable references for mathematics education evaluation and exam questions.
