摘要: 针对新能源汽车产业快速发展对动力电池技术人才的迫切需求,课程传统教学中存在的理论与实践脱节、内容滞后、学生创新能力不足等问题,本文基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,提出以项目式教学为核心的课程改革方案。通过重构教学内容,融合虚实结合、问题导向–项目驱动和校企协同等创新教学方法,实现“知识–能力–素质”三维目标的统一,课程与产业需求相契合,为新能源汽车领域高素质技术技能人才培养提供了可行路径。
Abstract: In response to the urgent need for technical talents in the field of power batteries due to the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, and in light of the problems existing in traditional teaching such as the disconnection between theory and practice, outdated content, and insufficient innovation ability of students, this paper, based on the concept of outcome-based education (OBE), proposes a curriculum reform plan centered on project-based teaching. By reconstructing the teaching content and integrating innovative teaching methods such as virtual and real integration, problem-oriented-project-driven, and school-enterprise collaboration, the unified goal of “knowledge-ability-quality” is achieved, and the curriculum is aligned with industrial demands, providing a feasible path for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents in the new energy vehicle field.
