研创产教融合先进航空材料制造技术教学模式构建
Construction of a Teaching Model for Advanced Aviation Materials Manufacturing Technology under R&I-Oriented Industry-Education Integration
摘要: 当前高校先进航空材料制造技术教学存在教研割裂、课程滞后产业、产教浅层合作、研创育人缺失、评价体系单一等问题,人才培养适配度不足。本文立足研创赋能、产教共生理念,依托研创型产教融合内涵,剖析课程教学痛点,构建校–企–研三方协同、教–产–研–创四维联动教学模式,从课程、平台、师资、教法、评价五大维度落地改革路径。经班级教改试点验证,该模式可提升学生工程研创能力、强化校企育人粘性,补齐航空材料专业高阶育人短板,适配航空制造岗位人才需求。
Abstract: The current teaching of advanced aviation materials manufacturing technology in Chinese universities faces several problems: the disconnection between teaching and research, curriculum lagging behind industrial development, shallow industry-education cooperation, insufficient research and innovation (R&I) oriented education, and a single evaluation system, resulting in inadequate talent training adaptability. Grounded in the concepts of “R&I empowerment” and “industry-education symbiosis,” and drawing on the connotation of R&I-oriented industry-education integration, this paper analyzes the pain points in course teaching and constructs a three-party collaborative (university-enterprise-research institute) and four-dimensional linked (teaching-production-research-innovation) teaching model. The reform paths are implemented across five dimensions: curriculum, platform, faculty, teaching methods, and evaluation. Verified by a pilot teaching reform in a class, this model can enhance students’ engineering R&I capabilities, strengthen the cohesion of university-enterprise education, address the shortcomings of high-level talent cultivation in aviation materials programs, and align with the talent demands of aviation manufacturing positions.
