在团队协作中提高学生协作精神的探究——以创新创业项目中光催化杀菌为例

Exploration on Improving Students’ Teamwork Spirit in Collaborative Practice—Taking the Photocatalytic Sterilization Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project as an Example

摘要: 当前创新创业教育在高校持续推进，跨专业团队协作能力对学生发展具有重要意义。本文以光催化杀菌创新创业项目为具体载体，聚焦学生协作精神的提升路径，明确项目新团队构成(2名指导教师 + 多专业层级学生)，细化各专业、各学生的具体分工，采用混合研究法，在项目前后运用经信效度检验的团队合作技能量表开展问卷调查，并结合访谈转录与编码分析获取质性证据，发放问卷32份，有效回收30份，有效回收率93.75%，结合配对t检验，全程跟踪项目推进过程，系统分析协作精神的具体体现、形成路径与核心依据，并依托项目实践提出针对性的协作精神提升策略，同时基于塔克曼团队发展模型解析协作阶段特征，并呈现真实协作困境与解决过程，为高校通过团队协作培育学生协作精神提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract: With the continuous advancement of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, interdisciplinary teamwork competence is of great significance to student development. Taking the photocatalytic sterilization innovation and entrepreneurship project as a specific carrier, this paper focuses on the improvement paths of students’ collaborative spirit. It clarifies the innovative team structure (2 supervisors + multi-grade and multi-major students) and refines the detailed division of labor for students from different majors. A mixed research method is adopted. A questionnaire survey is conducted using the validated Teamwork Skill Scale before and after the project, and qualitative evidence is obtained through interview transcription and thematic coding analysis. A total of 32 questionnaires were distributed, with 30 valid ones recovered, achieving an effective recovery rate of 93.75%. Paired t-test is used for statistical analysis. Based on the whole-process tracking of project implementation, this paper systematically analyzes the concrete manifestations, formation paths and core basis of collaborative spirit, and puts forward targeted strategies for improving students’ collaborative spirit combined with project practice. Meanwhile, based on Tuckman’s team development model, this paper analyzes the characteristics of different collaboration stages and presents the real dilemmas and solutions in teamwork, so as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for cultivating students’ collaborative spirit through team collaboration in colleges and universities.
