中医外科学学术型研究生联合培养模式的探究
Exploration of the Joint Training Model for Academic Graduate Students in Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgery
摘要: 中医外科学是一门临床实践性很强的学科，近年来日益受到重视，然而对于中医外科学术型研究生的培养模式尚需进一步规范与优化，就学术型中医研究生存在的临床实践不足以及科研学术思维固化的问题，本文旨在探究中医外科学术型研究生“临床–科研”联合培养创新模式与实践。为建设研究型医院和培养高层次、跨学科的中西医复合型人才提供了科学依据与可行路径。
Abstract: Objective: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) surgery is a highly clinical and practical discipline that has received increasing attention in recent years. However, the specific training model for academic graduate students in TCM surgery remains relatively unclear. This paper aims to explore the innovative “clinical-scientific research” joint training model and practice for academic graduate students in TCM surgery, addressing the issues of insufficient clinical practice and rigid scientific research thinking among academic TCM graduate students. It provides a scientific basis and feasible path for building research-oriented hospitals and cultivating high-level, interdisciplinary talents with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
