慢性心力衰竭患者症状群评估及护理干预的研究进展

摘要: 慢性心力衰竭作为多种心血管疾病发展的终末阶段，会有病程较长、再住院率偏高及预后不良等特征。既往研究多聚焦于单一症状的识别与管理，但近年来的研究发现，患者症状常以相互关联且协同加重的“症状群”形式存在，其对患者生活质量及疾病预后的影响会高于单一症状。此文归纳了国内外慢性心力衰竭症状群的相关研究进展，从概念与理论框架、常见类型、评估工具、影响因素及干预策略等方面做了分析，并给出护理实践启示，以期为临床护理人员开展整体化及精准化护理提供理论依据，为后续研究提供参考。
Abstract: Chronic heart failure, as the terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases, is characterized by prolonged disease course, high readmission rates, and poor prognosis. Previous studies have primarily focused on identifying and managing individual symptoms; however, recent research has revealed that patients’ symptoms often occur as interrelated and synergistically worsening “symptom clusters”, which have a greater impact on quality of life and disease outcomes than isolated symptoms. This article summarizes current research progress on symptom clusters in chronic heart failure both domestically and internationally, analyzing them from aspects including conceptual frameworks, common types, assessment tools, influencing factors, and intervention strategies. It also provides insights for nursing practice, aiming to offer theoretical support for holistic and precision-based nursing care and serve as a reference for future research.
