提升企业行政管理效能的有效路径探讨

A Study on Effective Paths for Improving the Efficiency of Enterprise Administrative Management

摘要: 在企业经营环境复杂化和市场竞争加剧的背景下，行政管理效能已成为影响企业内部治理水平和持续发展能力的重要因素。本文围绕企业行政管理效能提升问题展开分析，并主要以数字化转型压力较大的传统制造类企业为观察对象，适当吸收行政管理理论和组织行为学中关于职能分工、组织协同、员工激励等观点，首先阐述企业行政管理在资源统筹、制度执行、部门协调和运行保障中的基本作用，其次从组织结构、管理制度、人员素质以及市场竞争、政策法规变化等方面分析影响行政管理效能的主要因素。在此基础上，提出优化组织架构、简化工作流程、加强信息化平台建设、强化行政管理团队培养等路径。研究认为，企业应结合自身发展实际，推动行政管理由事务型向协同型、数字化和效能型转变，以提高决策响应速度、降低内部管理成本，并为企业稳定运行和高质量发展提供支撑。

Abstract: Against the background of an increasingly complex business environment and intensified market competition, the efficiency of administrative management has become an important factor affecting enterprises’ internal governance capacity and sustainable development. This paper analyzes the improvement of enterprise administrative management efficiency. It mainly takes traditional manufacturing enterprises under digital transformation as the observed type and draws on administrative management and organizational behavior perspectives. It first explains the basic role of enterprise administrative management in resource coordination, institutional implementation, departmental collaboration and operational support. It then examines the major factors influencing administrative management efficiency from the perspectives of organizational structure, management systems, personnel quality, market competition and changes in policies and regulations. On this basis, this paper proposes practical paths such as optimizing organizational structure, simplifying work processes, strengthening the construction of information platforms and improving the cultivation of administrative management teams. The study suggests that enterprises should combine administrative management reform with their own development realities and promote the transformation of administrative management from a transaction-oriented model to a collaborative, digital and efficiency-oriented model, so as to improve decision-making responsiveness, reduce internal management costs and provide support for stable operation and high-quality development.
