颊针疗法干预围术期并发症的作用机制与临床研究进展

Mechanisms and Clinical Research Progress of Buccal Acupuncture Therapy in Intervening Perioperative Complications

摘要: 围术期并发症是影响患者康复进程、增加医疗负担的重要因素，其发生与手术创伤、麻醉刺激、机体应激反应等多种因素相关。颊针疗法作为一种新型中医微针疗法，基于现代解剖学和生物全息理论，融合大三焦理论与心身理论，具有操作简便、安全无痛、副作用小等优势，近年来在围术期管理中逐渐得到应用。本文将结合近年来相关研究进展，系统性描述目前颊针疗法对常见围术期并发症(术后疼痛、术后恶心呕吐、术后谵妄、胃肠功能紊乱、睡眠障碍等)的影响及作用机制，为颊针疗法在围术期的临床应用提供理论依据和实践参考。

Abstract: Perioperative complications severely hinder patients’ rehabilitation and raise medical costs, which are induced by surgical trauma, anesthetic stimulation, systemic stress response and other multiple factors. As a novel minimally invasive acupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, buccal acupuncture therapy is established on modern anatomy and biological holographic theory, integrating the triple energizer theory and psychosomatic theory. Featuring convenient operation, painless manipulation and mild adverse reactions, it has been gradually applied in perioperative management in recent years. Combined with updated research evidence, this paper systematically elaborates the therapeutic effects and underlying mechanisms of buccal acupuncture on common perioperative complications, including postoperative pain, postoperative nausea and vomiting, postoperative delirium, gastrointestinal dysfunction and sleep disturbance, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical references for the clinical promotion of buccal acupuncture in perioperative management.
