中医外治法治疗帕金森病便秘的研究进展

Research Progress on External Therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Constipation in Parkinson’s Disease

摘要: 便秘是帕金森病最常见且早发的非运动症状之一，具有发病率高、迁延难愈、西药治疗依赖性强等特点，严重降低患者生存质量。现代医学认为该病发病与肠神经系统损伤、脑肠轴紊乱、肠道菌群失调、自主神经功能异常密切相关。中医外治法凭借安全微创、操作简便、远期疗效稳定的优势，在本病治疗中应用广泛。本文系统梳理近年来相关文献对中医外治法包括针刺、艾灸、穴位按摩、穴位贴敷等的临床应用及研究现状展开综述，总结当前研究不足，展望未来研究方向，旨在为帕金森病便秘的规范化临床治疗及科研提供参考依据。

Abstract: Constipation is one of the most common and earliest-onset non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, characterized by high incidence, persistent refractoriness and strong dependence on Western medicine treatment, which seriously reduces patients’ quality of life. Modern medicine holds that the pathogenesis of this disease is closely related to enteric nervous system injury, brain-gut axis disorder, intestinal flora dysbiosis and autonomic nervous dysfunction. With the advantages of safety, minimal invasiveness, simple operation and stable long-term efficacy, external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is widely applied in the treatment of this disease. This paper systematically sorts out relevant literatures at home and abroad in the past 10 years, and conducts a review starting from the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, the pathogenesis of Western medicine, the clinical application and research status of various external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine, summarizes the deficiencies of current research and prospects future research directions, so as to provide reference for the standardized clinical treatment and scientific research of constipation in Parkinson’s disease.
