职业院校常见学生问题与解决路径研究

Research on Prevalent Student Issues and Corresponding Resolution Paths in Vocational Colleges

摘要: 职业院校学生往往存在习惯较差、基础较弱等特点，进一步会衍生出高校管理服务中的难题，在国内产业加快变革对青年大学生的能力、素养提出更高要求的背景下，职业院校应重视普遍性问题的梳理与解决办法的研究。本文采用访谈调研、文献分析法梳理职业院校学生典型问题，围绕学生骨干、校外资源、学校三个角度，探索如何围绕“动力、助力、效力”实现解决学生典型问题的路径设计。需要尊重学生成长发展规律，加强学生骨干力量的教育引导，确保有动力；推进资源整合，确保有助力；搭建顶层制度，确保有效力，为高校优化学生管理服务提供参考，砥砺培养更多符合新时代要求的青年人才。

Abstract: Students in vocational colleges generally suffer from poor daily habits and weak academic foundations, which further give rise to persistent difficulties in student administration and services. Against the backdrop of accelerated industrial transformation nationwide that imposes higher standards on young college students’ comprehensive capabilities and literacy, vocational colleges ought to attach great importance to sorting out prevalent student-related problems and exploring corresponding solutions. Adopting interview research and literature analysis as primary research methods, this paper sorts out typical dilemmas confronting vocational college students. From three dimensions including student cadres, off-campus resources and institutional governance, it explores the path design for addressing typical student problems centered on the three dimensions of internal motivation, external support and institutional effectiveness. Respecting the inherent laws of student growth and development, vocational colleges shall reinforce education and guidance for the contingent of student cadres to secure sustainable internal motivation; advance integrated allocation of diverse resources to deliver solid external support; and establish top-level institutional frameworks to guarantee robust institutional effectiveness. This research offers references for vocational colleges to optimize student administration and service systems, and facilitates the cultivation of young talents who can meet the requirements of the new era.
