高职热动专业“育训结合”教学资源库的建设与实践

摘要: 本文介绍了一项针对高职热动专业的“育训结合”教学资源库的建设与实践。研究旨在解决传统教学中教材滞后、学用脱节以及现有资源库难以同时满足在校生系统学习和企业员工碎片化培训需求的问题。研究依托校企合作,设计并开发了一个三层次(专业基础课、核心课、拓展课)、四模块(锅炉、汽轮机、泵与风机、热工仪表)的内容体系。资源形式包括课程视频、三维动画和仿真操作视频。在组织方式上,通过场景标签和岗位分类实现了双维检索,并对部分资源进行了颗粒化拆分,以适应不同用户群体的需求。在应用层面,该资源库已在约500名学生和100余名企业员工中进行了为期两个学期的实践。结果显示,学生端课程任务完成率超过95%;企业用户满意度调查平均分达到92分,其中仿真操作和颗粒化资源最受欢迎。研究认为,该资源库初步实现了同一资源在系统教学与碎片化培训两种场景下的灵活调用,为同类专业资源库建设提供了参考。
Abstract: This article introduces the construction and practice of a “combination of education and training” teaching resource repository specifically tailored for the thermal energy and power major in higher vocational education. The research aims to address issues such as outdated textbooks, a disconnect between learning and application in traditional teaching, and the difficulty of existing resource repositories in simultaneously meeting the systematic learning needs of students and the fragmented training needs of enterprise employees. Leveraging school-enterprise cooperation, the research designs and develops a content system consisting of three levels (basic professional courses, core courses, and extended courses) and four modules (boiler, steam turbine, pump and fan, and thermal instrumentation). Resource formats include course videos, 3D animations, and simulation operation videos. In terms of organization, dual-dimensional retrieval is achieved through scene tags and job classification, and some resources are granularly split to accommodate the needs of different user groups. At the application level, the resource repository has been practiced for two semesters among approximately 500 students and over 100 enterprise employees. The results show that the completion rate of course tasks on the student side exceeds 95%; the average score in the enterprise user satisfaction survey reaches 92, with simulation operations and granular resources being the most popular. The research believes that the resource repository has initially achieved flexible invocation of the same resource in both systematic teaching and fragmented training scenarios, providing a reference for the construction of similar professional resource repositories.
