肺力咳合剂联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿肺功能的影响

摘要: 目的:探讨肺力咳合剂联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿肺功能的影响。方法:选取北京儿童医院黑龙江医院2023年2月~2026年3月的70例支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为两组。对照组采取阿奇霉素,观察组采取肺力咳合剂联合阿奇霉素。结果:观察组患儿的有效率高于对照组(P < 0.05);治疗前,两组的潮气量、呼吸气流量峰值、用力呼气25%流速和呼气时间比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),治疗后,观察组的潮气量、呼吸气流量峰值、用力呼气25%流速和呼气时间均明显高于对照组(P < 0.05);治疗前两组血清CRP、PCT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);治疗后两组CRP、PCT水平均明显下降,且观察组CRP、PCT水平低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:肺力咳合剂联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿有显著的疗效,能降低炎症指标,提升肺功能。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of Feilike Mixture combined with azithromycin on pulmonary function in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods: A total of 70 children diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Heilongjiang Hospital of Beijing Children’s Hospital from February 2023 to March 2026 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received azithromycin monotherapy, while the observation group was treated with Feilike Mixture combined with azithromycin. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in tidal volume, peak expiratory flow, forced expiratory flow at 25% of vital capacity (FEF25%), and expiratory time (P > 0.05). After treatment, tidal volume, peak expiratory flow, FEF25%, and expiratory time in the observation group were remarkably superior to those in the control group (P < 0.05). No significant intergroup differences were found in serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and procalcitonin (PCT) levels before treatment (P > 0.05). After intervention, serum CRP and PCT levels decreased markedly in both groups, with lower levels observed in the observation group compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination therapy of Feilike Mixture and azithromycin achieves remarkable therapeutic efficacy for children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. It can reduce inflammatory biomarkers and improve pulmonary function.
