中文版数字倦怠量表测评大学生群体的信度与效度
Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Digital Burnout Scale among College Students

摘要: 研究目的是修订数字倦怠量表并在中国大学生群体中检验其信效度。研究方法是采用数字倦怠量表、简版网络成瘾诊断问卷、大学生学习倦怠调查量表、短式抑郁–焦虑–压力量表共对1076名大学生进行施测,5周后对其中的80名大学生进行重测。研究结果是验证性因素分析发现,中文版数字倦怠量表的两因素模型拟合良好(χ2/df = 3.99, RMSEA = 0.08, CFI = 0.92, TLI = 0.91);中文版数字倦怠量表与网络成瘾诊断问卷、大学生学习倦怠调查量表及短式抑郁–焦虑–压力量表得分均呈正相关(r = 0.58~0.84, P < 0.01),其组合信度介于0.88~0.95间,平均方差抽取量介于0.50~0.56间;信度分析发现,中文版数字倦怠量表的Cronbach’s α系数介于0.90~0.95间;分半信度介于0.92~0.96间;重测信度介于0.84~0.90 (P < 0.01)间。因此,中文版数字倦怠量表信效度良好,可用于未来大学生数字倦怠水平的测量。
Abstract: This study aimed to revise the Digital Burnout Scale and test its reliability and validity among Chinese college students. A total of 1076 college students were surveyed using the Digital Burnout Scale (DBS), Internet Addiction Diagnosis Questionnaire (IAD), Learning Burnout Scale (LBS), and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21), among whom 80 students were retested five weeks later. Confirmatory factor analysis indicates that the two-factor model of Chinese version of the Digital Burnout Scale fitted well (χ2/df = 3.99, RMSEA = 0.08, CFI = 0.92, TLI = 0.91). The scale scores were positively correlated with IAD, LBS, and DASS-21 (r = 0.58~0.84, P < 0.01). The composite reliability ranged from 0.88 to 0.95, and the average variance extracted ranged from 0.50 to 0.56. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale ranged from 0.90 to 0.95, the split-half reliability ranged from 0.92 to 0.96 (P < 0.01). In conclusion, the Chinese version of the Digital Burnout Scale has satisfactory reliability and validity and can serve as a valid tool for measuring digital burnout among Chinese college students.
