AI赋能背景下《跨文化交际》课程翻转课堂教学实践研究

A Practical Study on Flipped Classroom Teaching in the Course of “Intercultural Communication” in the Context of AI Empowerment

摘要: 针对传统跨文化交际课程中学生主体性不足、实践能力培养不足等问题，本文基于《跨文化交际》课程教学实践，探索“翻转课堂 + AI赋能”的教学模式。该模式通过课前自主学习、课中协作探究和课后成果展示，将翻转课堂与人工智能技术相结合，促进学生自主学习和跨文化能力培养。通过问卷调查分析教学效果，结果表明，该模式能够提升学生学习主动性、跨文化认知能力和沟通表达能力，AI技术在资源拓展、案例生成和学习检测等方面发挥了积极作用。研究为人工智能背景下跨文化交际课程教学改革提供了实践参考。

Abstract: To address the problems of insufficient student engagement and limited practical ability development in traditional intercultural communication teaching, this study explores an AI-empowered flipped classroom model based on the teaching practice of “Intercultural Communication”. The model integrates flipped classroom teaching with artificial intelligence through pre-class autonomous learning, in-class collaborative inquiry, and after-class achievement presentation. Questionnaire results show that the model improves students’ learning autonomy, intercultural awareness, and communication ability. AI also provides effective support for learning resources, case generation, and learning assessment. This study offers practical implications for intercultural communication teaching reform in the context of artificial intelligence.
