电工电子实训课程思政实践路径探索
Exploration of the Practical Pathway for Ideological and Political Education in the Electrical and Electronic Training Course
摘要: 《电工电子实训》为机电专业必修核心实践课程,教学内容以电工焊接、小型电子产品的装配与调试为主,是工科专业落实立德树人根本任务的重要实践载体。传统实训教学主要偏重实操技能训练,对德育的培育有所忽视,课程思政教育与实操训练脱节。课程考核仅以实训成品质量作为评价标准,未能兼顾学生的安全规范意识、职业钻研态度、团队配合能力等综合职业素养的培养。本文结合课程五大实训模块,梳理安全规范、工匠精神、家国理想、团队协作、绿色节约五类育人内容,依托课前导入、分项实操、小组协同实训、实训报告总结全流程构建一体化融合教学方案,建立兼顾实操能力与综合素养的多元考评办法,将价值引导贯穿实训的各个环节。整套方案贴合实训课堂真实教学场景,能够实现专业技能训练与价值培育协同推进。
Abstract: “Electrical and Electronic Practical Training” is a compulsory core practical course for the mechanical and electrical major. The teaching content mainly focuses on electrical welding and the assembly and debugging of small electronic products. It is an important practical carrier for implementing the fundamental task of fostering moral character in engineering majors. The traditional practical training teaching mainly emphasizes practical skills training and neglects the cultivation of moral education. The course’s ideological and political education is disconnected from practical training. The course assessment only uses the quality of the practical training products as the evaluation standard, failing to take into account the cultivation of students’ comprehensive vocational qualities such as safety awareness, professional research attitude, and teamwork ability. This article, based on the five practical modules of the course, sorts out five types of educational contents: safety norms, craftsmanship spirit, national and family ideals, teamwork, and green and economical conservation. It builds an integrated and integrated teaching plan through the entire process of pre-class introduction, itemized practical operation, group collaborative practical training, and summary of practical training reports, and establishes a multi-dimensional assessment method that takes into account both practical skills and comprehensive qualities. The value guidance is integrated throughout the entire training process. The entire scheme is in line with the real teaching scenarios of the practical training classroom and can achieve the coordinated advancement of professional skills training and value cultivation.
