“大思政课”视域下高校思政与心理健康协同育人的路径探索

Exploring Pathways for Collaborative Education in Ideological and Political Education and Mental Health at Universities from the Perspective of “Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education Courses”

摘要: “大思政课”建设背景下，全员、全程、全方位育人成为高校育人工作的核心导向，思想政治教育与心理健康教育作为高校育人体系的两大核心模块，二者协同融合是提升高校育人质量、助力大学生全面发展的关键举措。当前高校育人工作中，思政教育侧重学生思想认知、价值观念的塑造，心理健康教育聚焦学生心理状态、人格素养的培育，二者育人内核互通、育人目标契合，但在实际落地过程中仍存在诸多障碍，导致协同育人效果弱化。为此，本文首先梳理了国内外思政教育与心理健康教育融合研究现状，结合高校实际情况，分析了当前二者协同育人的现状并提出了相应对策。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the development of the “Great Ideological and Political Course”, whole-staff, whole-process and all-round education has become the core orientation of university education. As two core components of the university education system, ideological and political education and mental health education play a pivotal role in improving the quality of university education and facilitating the all-round development of college students through collaborative integration. In current university education practices, ideological and political education focuses on shaping students’ ideological cognition and values, while mental health education centers on fostering students’ psychological conditions and personality literacy. The two share interconnected educational essences and consistent educational objectives. Nevertheless, numerous obstacles remain in practical implementation, undermining the effectiveness of collaborative education. Accordingly, this paper first reviews domestic and international research on the integration of ideological and political education and mental health education. Combined with the actual conditions of universities, it analyzes the current state of collaborative education between the two and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
