Abstract: The wave of intelligent technologies, represented by generative artificial intelligence, is penetrating the field of higher education with unprecedented depth and breadth, triggering structural changes from micro-level teaching practices to the macro-level educational ecosystem. The deep application of AI is precipitating a fundamental and asymmetric reconstruction of the roles of teachers and students. Confronted with the increasingly salient characteristics of the VUCA era (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) and the Collingridge dilemma (the predicament of technological control), the future advancement of higher education depends on the construction of a dynamic literacy triangle model centered on “humanistic value”, which synergistically integrates “AI literacy”, “futures literacy”, and “VUCA situational leadership”.
