Recent Advances in Targeted Therapies for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Abstract: Lung cancer, recognized as a prevalent malignant tumor with elevated rates of occurrence and mortality, presents a considerable danger to human health and well-being. Non-small cell lung cancer accounts for 85% of all lung cancer cases. Although surgery is the definitive treatment for early-stage lung cancer, recurrence rates remain high after disease stabilization. With the continuous advancement of modern medical technology, numerous targeted drugs have emerged, demonstrating considerable therapeutic efficacy. When combined with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immune checkpoint inhibitors, targeted drugs not only enhance synergistic therapeutic effects but also exhibit certain efficacy in suppressing and reversing drug resistance, offering novel treatment options for Non-small cell lung cancer.
