农文旅融合赋能乡村全面振兴的多重制度逻辑分析——以河北省T村为例

Analysis of the Multiple Institutional Logics of Rural Revitalization Empowered by Agriculture-Culture-Tourism Integration—A Case Study of T Village in Hebei Province

摘要: 在乡村全面振兴背景下，农文旅融合成为促进乡村高质量发展的重要路径。文章基于河北省T村的案例，引入多重制度逻辑理论，从国家逻辑、市场逻辑和社会逻辑三个维度，分析农文旅融合赋能乡村全面振兴的作用机制、现实困境和优化路径。研究发现，T村的发展并非单一逻辑主导的结果，而是受到国家逻辑、市场逻辑、社会逻辑的共同作用。三重制度逻辑在推动村庄产业发展、治理优化等方面发挥了重要作用，但也存在产业融合层次低、运营能力不足、主体意识缺乏和人才短缺等问题。基于此，提出通过提升产业综合竞争力、完善基础设施、增强主体意识、完善人才支撑体系等实践路径，推动T村实现更高质量的全面振兴。文章为理解农文旅融合发展提供了新的理论视角，也为其他地区探索特色振兴路径提供了实践参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of comprehensive rural revitalization, the integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism has become a crucial path for advancing high-quality rural development. Taking T Village in Hebei Province as a case study, this paper adopts the theory of multiple institutional logics to analyze the mechanisms, practical dilemmas, and optimization paths by which agricultural-cultural-tourism integration empowers comprehensive rural revitalization from three dimensions: state logic, market logic, and social logic. The research finds that the development of T Village is not driven by a single logic but is jointly shaped by the interplay among state, market, and social logics. While the three institutional logics have greatly facilitated the village’s industrial progress and governance improvement, they also give rise to prominent challenges, including low-level industrial integration, inadequate operational capacity, weak subject awareness, and talent shortage. Accordingly, this paper proposes targeted strategies such as enhancing comprehensive industrial competitiveness, improving infrastructure construction, strengthening the initiative of development participants, and optimizing the talent support system, so as to promote the high-quality comprehensive revitalization of T Village. This study provides a new theoretical perspective for understanding the integrated development of agriculture, culture, and tourism, and offers practical references for other regions to explore characteristic rural revitalization paths.
