9个桉树无性系在广西东南部的对比试验
Comparative Experiment of 9 Eucalyptus Clones in Southeastern Guangxi
摘要: 为了从9个桉树无性系(EC144、EC315、EC150、DH288-4、DH299-5、DH32-43、DH32-13、DH306-4、Rut4533)中选出既速生丰产又比较抗病的品种应用于生产,本项目于2024~2026年在广西东南部采用当地2个主栽品种(DH32-26、DH32-29)为对照开展适生性、丰产性和抗病性对比试验。采用SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果表明,9个参试无性系平均保存率为93.98%,比对照平均保存率高2.67个百分点。9个无性系的年均生长量为30.9785 m
3/hm
2∙a。3个无性系(EC315、EC150、DH306-4)平均胸径显著大于对照2 (DH32-29)。9个无性系叶片平均感病率26.12%,比对照平均感病率33.89%低7.77个百分点。采用均权法对9个无性系的适生性、丰产性和抗病性进行综合评价结果如下:2个无性系(EC315、EC150)综合表现优秀;5个无性系(DH306-4、DH32-43、DH299-5、Rut4533、DH32-13)综合表现良好;2个无性系(DH288-4、EC144)综合表现一般。对照1 (DH32-26)综合表现优秀,对照2 (DH32-29)综合表现差。建议对综合表现优良的参试无性系进一步扩大试验示范。
Abstract: In order to select fast-growing, high-yielding, and disease-resistant eucalyptus clones from 9 clones (EC144, EC315, EC150, DH288-4, DH299-5, DH32-43, DH32-13, DH306-4, Rut4533) for practical production, the researches were conducted on adaptability, high yield, and disease-resistance of these eucalyptus clones using 2 main cultivated varieties (DH32-26, DH32-29) as controls in southeastern Guangxi from 2024 to 2026.SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results were as follows: the average survival rate of the 9 tested clones was 93.98%, which was 2.67 percentage points higher than the control group’s average survival rate. The 9 clonal annual average growth increment was 30.9785 m3/hm2∙a. The average DBH of 3 clones (EC315, DH306-4, EC150) was significantly larger than that of Control 2. The average disease incidence rate of 9 clonal leaves was 26.12%, which was 7.77 percentage points lower than the control group’s average disease incidence rate of 33.89%.The equal weight method was used to evaluate the adaptability, high yield, and disease resistance of 9 clones and the comprehensive evaluation results were as follows: 2 clones (EC315, EC150) had excellent performance;5 clones (DH306-4, DH32-43, DH299-5, Rut4533, DH32-13) had good performance; 2 clones (DH288-4, EC144) had moderate performance. Control 1 (DH32-26) had excellent performance, but Contol2 (DH32-29) had poor performance. It is recommended to further expand trials clones with excellent and good performance.
