蒙医整骨术治疗锁骨骨折的临床价值及与现代治疗方法的比较分析

Clinical Value of Mongolian Medicine Orthopedic Surgery in the Treatment of Clavicle Fractures and Comparative Analysis with Modern Treatment Methods

摘要: 锁骨骨折是临床常见骨损伤类型，其治疗方式主要包括保守治疗和手术治疗。不同治疗方案在骨折稳定性维持、功能恢复以及并发症控制方面各有特点。蒙医整骨术作为蒙古族传统骨伤治疗技术，在长期临床实践中形成了以手法复位、外固定及综合调护为主要特点的治疗体系。本文通过查阅相关文献，从理论基础、治疗特点、临床应用及证据质量等方面，对蒙医整骨术与现代医学治疗锁骨骨折的方法进行比较分析。研究显示，蒙医整骨术在部分儿童、无明显移位及稳定性较好的锁骨骨折治疗中具有一定应用价值，其“筋骨并重”“动静结合”等理念与现代骨折治疗中关注骨折稳定性、软组织保护及功能恢复的原则具有一定关联。然而，现有蒙医整骨术相关研究多为小样本临床观察或单中心研究，证据等级相对有限；现代医学治疗方式，尤其是手术治疗，在复杂移位及不稳定锁骨骨折中的疗效评价具有更充分的研究基础。现阶段尚缺乏高质量研究直接证明蒙医整骨术可替代现代手术治疗。未来需通过多中心随机对照试验、标准化治疗方案建立、作用机制研究及卫生经济学评价等方式，进一步明确蒙医整骨术的适用范围和临床价值，为传统骨伤疗法与现代医学治疗的有机结合提供科学依据。

Abstract: Clavicle fractures are a common type of bone injury in clinical practice. The treatment methods mainly include conservative treatment and surgical treatment. Different treatment plans still have certain differences in indication selection, functional recovery, and complication prevention. Mongolian osteopathy, as a traditional bone injury treatment technique of the Mongolian ethnic group, has formed a treatment system characterized by manual reduction, external fixation, combination of motion and rest, and overall adjustment through long-term clinical practice. This paper summarizes the theoretical basis, technical characteristics, and clinical application of Mongolian osteopathy in the treatment of clavicle fractures by reviewing relevant literature in recent years, and compares and analyzes it with common modern medical treatment methods. Current studies show that Mongolian osteopathy has certain application value in the treatment of clavicle fractures in children, without obvious displacement or with good stability. It shows certain advantages in promoting fracture healing, reducing treatment trauma, lowering medical costs, and improving patients’ treatment experience. For complex displaced, open, or combined with nerve and vascular injuries clavicle fractures, modern surgical treatment still has an irreplaceable role. Currently, there are still problems such as limited sample size, inconsistent evaluation standards, and insufficient high-quality clinical research in the related studies of Mongolian osteopathy. In the future, it is necessary to combine the modern medical evaluation system and further carry out standardized and multi-center research to clarify its clinical application scope and value.
